She communicated promptly, gave reliable information, and was delightful to work with. Traci took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home to buy. She asked questions and listened to our feedback. That helped her focus on homes that were good fits for us and in the end, she made it hard on us to pick a home with three excellent choices. Traci is an amazing realtor! She is very knowledgeable with knowing what needs to be done to have your house ready to show. We have used her several times now and she always sells our house fast and for top dollar. She is very fast to respond to any questions I have. Traci knows the local areas and is very good about finding neighborhoods that will work for your family. Traci is very good about showing you houses and not making you feel rushed. Traci made buying a home so, so easy. We had some issues with some other aspects of buying our home, and Traci even helped in places that weren't her responsibility.
