Cody was amazing! He took the time to make sure we got into a home we were comfortable with and wasn’t pushy at all. When the time came for negotiations, he did an incredible job in getting concessions from the seller so that we could fix the house up in a livable condition that was ours. There’s not a better real estate agent out there that would have gotten a better deal than him. 10/10 recommend working with him to buy/sell a home.

I can’t say enough good things about this group! My husband and I worked with Cody on our house purchase last year. He was very good at listening to what we wanted in a house, finding us things to look at in our price range, and setting up walk throughs of houses we sent to him. During the process of inspections and negotiating offers there was always open communication and we were always in the loop with what was going on. During the negotiating process he knew how to get us the best deal and save us the most money. Even after the purchase of our home Cody checked in to make sure things were going good, answered questions for us, and even dropped by a gift to our house! Cody did a fantastic job selling my house. Anyone can collect a commission. Cody earns his by bringing incredible value to your home transaction. Because he is a full time realtor, he stays current on market trends and information. This leads to him bringing valuable insight on any decision you make for real estate, whether it be buying your first home or growing an investment portfolio. Cody also respects boundaries and decisions you make. Never did I feel pressured into a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. I felt very informed and equipped throughout my home selling process with Cody. I put more money in my pocket having him sell my home than I could have selling it myself.

Cody is fantastic! He was very patient with any hesitation we had and would talk us through each option. He is very prompt responding to any questions we had and was always able to answer any questions we had. We’ve used wow house to buy 3 houses now and we would never use anyone else.
