A review thats over due! Tristan and Laura are a team thats needed behind you when you’re out looking to purchase a home. I appreciate them both on how knowledgeable and educated they were and how they were willing to share with us… by a couple houses they already knew what we were looking for and took the time to show us… they just were not letting us look at homes and stood by the door on their phones, Tristan and Laura where scoping the house with us and giving input when it came to what certain items would need fixing, help with negotiating a offer, and helping with understanding what paperwork would be needed and how persistent they were for us to close on the date we wanted was amazing. Hands down appreciate everything they did for us to get our family into a home we truly love. Would recommend them to anyone that would ask me where should i start when it comes to buying or who they should go to silva realty group!
