Eric did a great job for us throughout the process of selling our home. One of the things we most appreciated was his responsiveness. He was always quick to answer questions and if he couldn't take a call, he got right back to us. We had an offer in a very short time and he was there to advise us throughout the escrow and closing process. We were remote for much of the process, and Eric made it work seamlessly. Through his reviews, I knew that Eric had a strong reputation. Now I know why. Eric is attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond for his clients. Eric made himself available at unconventional times to accommodate my hectic schedule. What I appreciated the most about Eric (besides the great deal he negotiated), is that he genuinely cares for his clients. For example, unbeknownst to me, Eric fixed a small issue with my fence which was preventing my loan from closing. Eric told me about it after I received my keys and stated that he didn’t do it sooner to “prevent unnecessary stress.” I highly recommend Eric. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
