When our primary deck contractor (that we found) ghosted us, Marissa found us a contractor within 48 hours willing to finish the work. Our property was a little unique, and Marissa understood that. Once we listed it for sale, she worked tirelessly to market it and get the word out - we ended up selling above the comps and couldn't be happier.
