Lisa and team not only met with myself at the house but traveled to the facility to meet my mom in person to answer any questions and discuss the process of listing her house. Unfortunately, my mom passed away the day after we had an agreement with a buyer. Not only did Lisa help us negotiate more time with the buyer to get things in order but also answered all of our questions. Lisa is professional and trustworthy but most of all she was incredibly caring and sensitive to our special circumstances.
