Wow where do I start! 5 stars is not enough. John helped us to find a new home first then sell our old home. When looking for our new home, he was was always patient and explained every step of the process and he has the best calming effect. When nerves were high, he always had the right encouragement and guidance. When we found our home, man, he knows how to close a deal! He was spot on advising us how to bid for it and because of that we are in the home that is just right for us! When it came time to sell, he was there through everything too! His sales aides and promotion of our home were top shelf! He even went door to door in our neighborhood to distribute fliers to make sure we had the most exposure! We sold our home in 10 days during one of the slowest time of the year to sell!! From the time we started looking, to the time we settled on the sale of our old house it was only 9 months!!! There is really no one else you should have representing you. I call it the "John Factor" he knows what to do and how to do it when buying or selling a house. All while making sure your needs are met. We couldn't have done it without him!
