Karaley was excellent to work with when we started the home buying process! It took about two years for my husband and I, but it was our first time and we didn't know how to really start. Karaley had helped run a class at Keller Williams that explained the process. She checked in with us while we worked on our credit score, and kept us updated on any loans we qualified for. She worked really well with our loan officer and we truly appreciate how smoothly everything went. Karaley was fun to tour houses with and helped us think about what mattered most.
