Wendy is such a great realtor! I highly recommend her. As a young female, first time home buyer, Wendy navigated the way explaining everything thoroughly throughout with such ease and patience. She even sent me a book about first time home buying, which she does for all first time home buyers, right away in the process. Wendy made sure I was safe and knows her way around neighborhoods, schools, roads, etc. Wendy knows so much about homes and is very knowledgeable from interior to exterior, as well as accurate cost estimates if something is broken/ soon will need fixing. She looked very thoroughly through each home we saw, from floors to walls, to systems in place, appliances (even testing them if they weren’t on), siding, roof, etc. When it came time to negotiations, she was a rockstar and was prompt and very direct with needs to the seller. That can only be perfected with such as experience as she. Without Wendy I don’t think I’d have gotten my house, not many people have what Wendy does. I got my house for below asking, at a great rate (for the time, with her help), and closing when I wanted! I also got a few things fixed before move in and a radon mitigator installed. Wendy loves her job and you can see the light shine through her. She always has been upfront and honest, superior expertise, and having the best interest of her clients at hand. 10/10 recommend to anyone I know, I personally will use her again.
