I met Joshua from another realtor in Arizona and had a great experience. Joshua even did a tour of the place I was buying before I even flew up to look at the house. He also did several garage measurements to make sure my vehicles would all fit. Joshua also took the extra time to show me around the Bend and Mt Bachelor once we put an offer on my new home. He also uses a very detailed home inspector which was crucial when buying a house.

Josh Grossman, was an amazing realtor. He helped me when I was ready ready to buy a house although on paper I wasn’t ready. But a year later when I was ready with my credit score and everything being OK he was still there to help he went above and beyond to help me out he got me the best deal that I could afford so that I could have a house on my own I’m very grateful for everything that he has done for me. And I know that when I’m ready to refinance or Buy another house he will be there for me then too. I wasn’t the easiest customer to work with. I’m kind of high maintenance, He always took all my calls always called me back. He’s been very patient with me throughout the whole thing so I wanted to leave a really good review for him because he deserves it if you’re looking into my house he’s the one to call. It’s easy to see why Josh and Theron have all 5 star reviews! - what a great team - they were amazing from the start and helped everything go smoothly. I’m only sad we’re done with this process because I’ll miss spending time with them. Every turn they were there to answer questions and help us through things we didn’t even know to think about. If you’re buying a home in the Bend area - these guys are epic! Glad we met them and chose to use them to buy our first home in Bend!!!
