I've worked with Erin on many transactions, in my capacity as a Mortgage Broker. As a Mortgage Broker for 13 years I have seen the good, bad and the ugly. Erin is one of the best, this is because of his intelligence, cooperative mindset and his ability to shield his clients from many of the common pitfalls I've seen Realtors make. I have seen Erin demonstrate his commitment to doing the right thing on transactions where the other Realtor is wholly incompetent and despite this, he was able to make sure the work was done correctly to close the transaction. We recently sold our home in Bend, OR. We have gone through this evolution a few times with moving around the country with a long military career and worked with a number of realtors both in buying and selling.
