I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Dwayne! My fiancé and I met Dwayne while he was the selling agent on a property we had found on Zillow and wanted to tour. Our Zillow-assigned buyer's agent ghosted us so we reached directly out to Dwayne to set up a tour of the property. From the get-go, Dwayne was responsive, respectful, kind, and candid and he took us seriously (hard to get that as a first time homebuyer from some). We fell in love with the home after our tour with Dwayne and made an offer, choosing not to have an agent represent us. Throughout the entire process, Dwayne represented the seller with integrity and grace, but was also kind enough to walk us through the process of buying a house and what we needed to do. He didn't have to do this, but he did to help the seller and to help us. This speaks volumes about his character. Dwayne helped to make our American dream come true and he helped the seller to sell their home in an expeditious and convenient way. Dwayne's kindness and candor sold us on the house (and the home was charming to boot). Dwayne was an absolute pleasure to work with. I decided to reach out to Dwayne after being referred by a relative.
