Amazing amazing amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to Randy after having lost a few offers with another realtor. My old realtor was fine but I don’t think she had the negotiating skills Randy has. I signed a contract with Randy, saw the house a few days later and we were under contract by the end of the weekend! He was great with communication with me, the sellers agent, and my lender. The home buying process is not easy at all but Randy knew what he was doing and tried to reassure as much as possible along the way. Forever grateful to him! Many blessings!
