Erica + her entire team created a flawless experience for us as the sellers! We understood what type of market we were selling in and knew it might be hard to get lucrative offers. We wanted to work with the best and have the best chances of selling quickly, which she did! We had a cash offer after two days on the market and closed in six days! One of the things, where she really went above and beyond, my husband hurt his knees and was on crutches the last day of staging our home for photos and the open house… and Erica sent over her personal assistant to help me finalize parts of the home since he was out of commission.
