We were at first a little reluctant to hire Ryan as our agent due to his age and time in real estate. In the end and after a very quick sale at our asking price he turned out to be exactly what we needed. Ryan is young and passionate about helping people like us sell their homes. We initially discussed our goals and objective and Ryan listened to us. We worked together to come up with a realistic number that would allow us to sell quickly and make the profit we wanted. He was very familiar with our area and knew the market very well. He brings great marketing skills to the table with the use of social media. The pictures and video that were produced for our home were top notch. After one week on the market and a phenomenal turnout for our open house we had four offers. Ryan was quick to respond to questions we had and guided us through the negotiation process that helped close the deal. He was a pleasure to work with and always very professional. We would definitely recommend him.

Ryan was great to work with. He knew the area I was looking in very well, took his time to understand what I was looking for in a home, and was accommodating when I changed my mind on homes we saw. This was my first homebuying experience and I was always kept up-to-date on the stages of the process and never felt in the dark. While he had a number of other clients at the time, I really felt like I was made a priority. Would highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking for a new home.

Ryan did an amazing job through out the entire process of us buying our first home. I had never done this before and he was helpful every step of the way. I could always get ahold of him either through email or his cell phone and that is a big thing for me. He took the job of finding us the perfect house and excelled greatly!
