When we decided to sell our home, I was skeptical of real estate agents. Our experience as buyers had been mixed and my general opinion was that agents don’t do enough to warrant the fees they receive. Dave Moya completely changed my perspective. He facilitated a beautiful renovation project in record time (during a pandemic!), worked hard to get virtual marketing up and running with multiple streaming events and navigated a uniquely challenging market to get us five offers, ultimately negotiating to almost $100K over list. His team at KW is extremely responsive and easy to work with and he’s also just a great guy. Thank you so much Dave and team for everything!

Let me start off by saying that there is no way we would’ve gotten our dream home if it wasn’t for Dave. Flash back a few months, I met Dave at an open house and instantly thought he was awesome. I was working with another realtor at the time and was having no success in the crazy Arlington house market. My boyfriend and I made the difficult and very worth it decision to thank our former realtor for her time and start working with Dave. As soon as we made that decision everything changed. Our first meeting with him was so professional, but still a lot of fun. He asked us a ton of questions about our lifestyle, budget, what we like/don’t like etc. He set us up with a search and we went on our way. Just two weeks later a townhome came on the market in Ballston and we were hooked. Dave toured it with us, was super honest about the pros and cons, and let us think on it for a day. This is my first home so I was nervous to write an offer, but I felt super comfortable with Dave’s guidance. We made the offer and unfortunately didn’t get the place, I was crushed. Thankfully, this is where Dave’s network and persistence came into play. He knew the listing agent and stayed in constant contact with her to ensure we were the first ones considered should the buyers back out. Lo and behold, they did, and he quickly turned around a backup offer. They accepted!!! I was ecstatic! I thought Dave was the best at this point, and somehow he got better. His recommendations for lenders were incredible and I got a rate that no one could believe, and the title company he works with made everything seamless. We had a quick close because of the crazy process we went through, but Dave and our title company did everything to ensure we were well taken care of. We closed last week and I can honestly say none of this wouldn’t happened without Dave. He’s the best realtor, and now someone I call a friend. I can’t recommend him enough!

Dave was awesome! After our first meeting he knew exactly what we were looking for even though we didn't! Helped us to buy a house in a very competitive neighborhood. He has now worked with three of our friends who ended up buying a house!
