Meg is awesome! Buying in Arlington, VA while still living in CA, Meg was the only agent (of several we contacted) who spent the time up front to understand what we were looking for. She provided honest assessments/advice on properties and neighborhoods, to include steering us away from condos due to factors we never would have discovered from just looking at listings or pictures. She was amazing and sold the house with in 48 hours of it coming on the market, during a time where the market was not quite fast moving. As a selling agent she helped determine what in the house needed to be fixed, what needed to be stored so it could be staged, and even had professional photos taken. Her network is extensive, efficient, and effective to say the least. I next chose to work with Meg personally when looking at buying our first home after seeing how great she was with my parents. She was amazing. She managed to find the perfect property, in our budget, helped us through a very tricky close, and helped us change lenders mid-process as we learned more about our lender's business behaviors. She even helped us after the close as we ran into some concerns with the previous owner. Meg went above and beyond 100% of the time. Two years later we are considering selling or renting out our home. Our first call was to Meg both seeking recommendations for property management companies (again she has an amazing network and not a single one of her recommendations to us has been anything less than stellar), and to schedule an appointment to talk about selling. As she toured our house again and we got down into the meat of the matter it became quickly apparent that selling isn't right for us. Meg still spent another hour plus with us talking us through what to expect in renting and what would need to be done for the property. She went above and beyond once again. Let me start by saying Meg is simply the best in the business!! I am too lazy to write review on anything and the fact that I am doing it, shows how impressed I am with Meg and her handling of my sale. I recently (over a week ago) had my condo sold in Arlington through Meg and the process couldn't have been anymore smoother. Initially I had reached out to another real estate agent from another company but wanted to continue my search. After looking online for a while and all the great reviews on Meg, I reached out to her. My first meeting with her I know this was the agent I would be going with. First I wanted to rent my condo. Meg provided me with all the info and what I needed to get the place ready. She would always nudge me in the right direction to make my expectations align with market. Now that is talent only a highly skilled real-estate agent can do. Thats what sets Meg apart in along with how thorough and knowledgeable she is on the entire process. After sometime I changed my mind and decided to sell my condo. Without thinking about the time and work put in to rent the place, Meg was so warm and jumped to get the process going to sell the condo. She worked very well with the buyers agent and Its like she knows what to anticipate next and has already done the ground work to address it before it happens. Unbelievable talent!! Now, throughout this process I have been overseas. She managed everything from - getting the place ready, working with the condo management and even going above and beyond on many things that contractually I should have done but since I wasn't there she helped with everything. Its definitely not easy to get a sale going especially when I was overseas but Meg made this process so seamless and effortless.
