I had the pleasure of working with Danny to land a condo that exceeded all my expectations. My search criteria included the areas of downtown Minneapolis in the Mill / Warehouse District or Northeast. I was referred to Danny and checked out the iMetro website that emphasized that was their niche market. After meeting Danny it was evident his knowledge of the area, buildings, and market which made it easy to select him as my realtor. He was easy to talk to and didn’t put any pressure on me while looking at units but also gave his opinion/expertise when asked. A couple things that were important to me in a realtor was someone that was reliable and responsive; which Danny was always fast to reply by phone/e-mail and showed up to all meetings on time. My situation was also unique as a unit that I was interested came on the market and I e-mailed Danny and he happened to be on vacation but still made himself available. He set up a showing with one of his colleagues who was also great and treated me as her own and the whole process was seamless. I e-mailed Danny to let him know that I was interested in the place and would think about it for a few days and that I would probably want to put in an offer when he returned. He called me that night and said that other offers had been put in so we’d have to act now, so we came up with our strategy and put in an offer within the hour and ended up with an accepted offer by the next morning. He was able to execute the whole deal out of state and the process was surprisingly fast and easy. He had a great relationship with my mortgage consultant which helped through the process. Overall, I was impressed with Danny’s ability and the process to find a place that was exactly what I was looking for and more. I would recommend him to anyone, especially someone looking in the downtown area with his expertise of the market. He looked out for my needs and what I wanted in a place. Since moving in a month ago, Danny has still been available to answer any questions with the usually timely reply. It was a great experience for my first home purchase.
