Dani was an excellent realtor for me as a first time home buyer. She was ready to answer all of my questions and helped explain parts of the home buying process that I did not initially understand. During house tours, she was quick to point out the pros and cons of each house, including details I never would have observed or looked for on my own, while also being aware of my concerns and priorities. When my offer was finally accepted during a very competitive house buying season, Dani was extremely effective in communicating and negotiating with the selling team. I would recommend Dani for anyone, but especially for first time home buyers looking for a realtor who is reliable, patient, and fun!

Dani is an incredible realtor! She was very patient with us as we took our time finding the perfect home! With every house we toured she told us her red flags and things that we should keep in mind. She knew our must haves and our deal breakers and day dreamed with us on home improvements we could’ve made in each house we toured. She kept us in the loop with every minor detail once we put an offer in on a house and even requested a birdbath stay on the property on my behalf. Dani put us in contact with many other 5 star people and crews that helped us move quickly and smoothly through the process after our offer was accepted.
