I could not imagine working with any other realtor than CJ. As a first time homebuyer, there were so many aspects of the process that I was unaware of. Not only was CJ extremely knowledgeable and honest, he truly cared about me as a person and my needs. I had a rental property that didn't get much of my attention and remained unoccupied for 5 months without a tenant due to my busy work schedule. I spoke to CJ about the property and he promised to secure an occupant within a month. I wasn't sure how he'd do it but CJ immediately got to work to ensure the home was listed with professional pictures and immediately began showing the property to potential tenants. His recommendation (with suggested certified contractors) to fix minor issues, repaint and replace the carpet changed the outlook of the property and as promised, a very well qualified tenant moved in within 3 weeks! One of the things I love about working with CJ is how he does his job as though real-estate is what he is born to do. He is very professional, offers excellent customer services (which is always a biggie for me) and he goes the extra mile for his client. He knows how to make you win the house you want. I closed on my house in 30 days. He is also a blessing that keeps on giving. Not only did he help me get the house I love, he also gave me a beautiful present the day I closed. As though that’s not enough, he hand delivered a custom made Christmas present (all the way from London) to my door. The ‘First Christmas at your New Home’ ornament had my name and house address printed on it. I thought that was really thoughtful of him.
