Ranita was recommended to us as a realtor by my sister, and she was lovely! She quickly found so many houses for us to see that were specific to what we were looking for, and lined up the tours so we could see as many as we had time for every day. We've never bought a home and didn't know almost anything about the process or things to watch out for, but Ranita's guidance and advice was always clear and on point. She made things so easy for us that we really felt almost pampered in a process that could've been extremely stressful. She helped us make offers that were in our budget as well as competitive and submitted them quickly. She was also did an excellent job helping us understand what we could reasonably ask for to be fixed on the house and also negotiating with the sellers for those changes. Our entire home-buying process lasted about a week overall, in which we saw a dozen houses, had two of our offers accepted, and ended up buying our top-pick home for for the appraisal amount! We're so thankful for Ranita not only making this possible, but making it simple for us.

Georgie and Kelsi helped me find the perfect location for my business. Kelsi and Georgie listened to the requirements I laid out and literally the first location we went to was the one we ended up with. They helped us negotiate with the landlord to get some awesome concessions, and were always available to answer any of the questions we had. I would recommend Georgie and Kelsi for anyone that is in need of a good realtor. Too often some realtors provide a minimal amount of service for what they provide and that is not the case here.

The only disappointing thing about my recent home buying experience with Georgie is that I apparently can’t rate her higher than a 5! She kept me informed and was conscientiously responsive, so I never had any doubt that Georgie was on top of every detail that mattered to me. I also love that she looks at things and really sees what they might become. When Georgie told me that she felt like this was a good deal…I was sold. I would recommend working with Georgie and Melanie to my closest friends and family, without any reservation.

In short* - Very much highly recommend. We were first time home buyers and compared to horror stories we hear from friends, this was a very premium experience, especially thanks to Ranita, Michael, Jamie, and their immediate network. Working with Zang Adams was a seamless experience. From day 1 when I met Jamie he was very kind and applied no pressure, just that if the day arose they would be there to help. When the time came to look for a home - he was the first call and he directed us to Ranita Hallum. She made our life incredibly easy as first time home buyers - taking our criteria to heart and provided tons of options to choose from across our preferred locations. Including new areas that weren't even on our radar originally. When it came to scheduling - both her and Michael, who helped on the project, were readily available, going the extra mile to take random phone calls to answer questions. Onsite they made our life easy by bringing to light concerns that really only come from years of being in the business. Lastly was the closing process. Also seamless. Jamie recommended GSB Mortgage whom between Larry, Ranita, Michael and team - made our closing process incredibly smooth. In the process they really felt like they became an extended part of our family and it truly never felt transactional which was important to us. Truly from our initial meeting, to weighing home options, putting in a custom offer, negotiating, closing, to post close support. I would not recommend anyone else if you are seriously looking to own any sort of property in the metroplex.
