She accused me of trying to do mortgage fraud, I was so appalled and stunned! I felt so disrespected. I don’t really wanna divulge my personal business to her at the time. I was just looking at option for using my VA but Yvette was very rude and sarcastic. I struggle with talking, and I’m not the best at asking questions I get that but to treat me like a criminal and refuse me business I was too stunned to speak. This happened like 5 mins ago ima just go to navy federal… I pray anyone else have better luck!
