*UPDATE* - I was contacted by someone from this agency after posting this review and I was told their emails were hacked and the responses were not coming from Vinny or anyone from his office. They stated that the issue has been resolved and they appear to have changed their email. I have updated my rating accordingly. ********* I had a very bizarre interaction with this group. We placed a back up offer on an investment property that we were interested in and provided a pre-qualification letter. Our agent received multiple emails from Vinny asking about the status of our earnest money deposit. When our real estate agent insisted on a buyer release letter from the buyers under contract and a contract for us, Vinny stopped responding. The property was sold to the original buyer under contract a week later. Very odd that they were requesting money while the property was under contract with someone else and before we had any contract in place. Buyers beware.
