Mr. Park at World Realty is the best realtor I’ve ever had. Mr. Park is responsive, attentive, polite, honest, and consistent, and he is NOT pushy. He is willing to help with anything (even the smallest things such as changing light bulbs)—if he’s busy, he sends other people to make sure I’m taken care of. I’ve been in Korea for two years, and he’s been consistently and extremely helpful. When I decided to move to another place, he had made sure that I made an informed decision for choosing a new place by providing detailed information. I was so lucky to find World Realty (through introduction from a colleague) because this office doesn’t advertise on FB like other real estate offices. World Realty found the exact kind of place I asked for through their local connections when three other places couldn’t. My friends and colleagues are happy with the services that World Realty provides. I highly recommend this office for any civilian, military, and contractor in Humphreys and Osan areas.
