As first time homebuyers, we came to Jamie Wallace with an offer, representing ourselves. We found both our interactions with her were very displeasing and unprofessional. She was very condescending towards us, made us feel very uncomfortable, and lacked ethics at times (disclosing information). She made us feel like the offer we made wasn't even considerable, because we went outside the box a little bit. I would recommend dealing with another broker if you are young and trying to represent yourself. 2 stars because she gave us an informative packet.

Ruth Mathias was very helpful she helped me find a home in my price range and negotiate terms. She was available when I needed her and very friendly. Even after buying the house she’s still helping me out. If you ever need a good realtor go to her

I cannot recommend Tim and Cindy Seyster enough! I was intimidated by the process of buying a home by myself, especially being recently divorced and new to the area. Homes in my price range were often gone before I could put in an offer and we were involved in several bidding wars before I finally found my home - which is amazing and perfect for my family! Cindy and Tim held my hand through the entire process, connected me with wonderful service providers (mortgage broker, home inspector) and were available to me as often as I needed. I never felt pressured to make a decision or put in a bid. I felt like I had someone (two of them actually) looking out for my best interests before, during and after the sale. I have (in my married life) bought and sold several homes over the years and have never had the process go so smoothly and without any problems or issues. As I previously stated, I cannot recommend Tim and Cindy enough!
