Lewis Whitaker, was extremely knowledgeable. As a trustee for an old family farm trust (while also living in Georgia) I needed an agent with extensive localized experience and knowledge that I could interact with remotely. I did online research and Lewis had a great reputation. Lewis was not only an expert in real estate but also was a farmer/rancher and was able to explain his marketing strategies. I had 2 quarter sections that I needed to sell in Hall and Parmer Counties. Due to their remote locations and the recent drought issues in the panhandle I expected a lengthy effort. However Lewis was able have contracts within 30days.
