Warner and Sam helped us sell a home above all local comps and the only thing that the buyer wanted was our kitchen set. We were kinda bummed about that but Warner pointed out that adding the cost of the set was still above the comps of the houses in the area. We took the offer and were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of both Sam and Warner. After they put the listing up we couldn't believe it was our home. Yes it looked that good.
