I contact Vicki Rawlings a year or two prior to listing my house to get an idea of what I should do to make the house the best it could be. Vicki came out on her own time and walked through the house pointing out multiple things that I could improve. She explained that the house is in great shape and she could sale it right away. I choose to improve the things she pointed out. A year later she listed my house and I had several contracts a few days later. In those few days she made a video and put it on many social outlets.
