Randy and John at Van Poole Properties were amazing from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, often responding in a few minutes, which meant we always had a quick answer to our questions. They sent regular progress videos of the interior and exterior of the home so we could track the progress of the home build. When issues arose with the builder, Randy stepped in and advocated for us so we didn’t have to lift a finger and everything was resolved promptly to our satisfaction. Randy sat with us during the closing process and has been a resource since. If we ever find ourselves in position to sell or buy additional property, we will definitely call Randy and Van Poole. Highly recommend.
