Finding the right realtor can feel like finding a needle in a haystack - at least it was for us. My husband and I had been house hunting for about 2 years - we had worked with multiple realtors. None were a good fit. I just wanted someone who cared about helping us find the right home instead of pushing us into whatever in order to make a sale - it felt like finding a unicorn. I would never work with Bob Graham again, and I will actively avoid any property he is associated with in the future. Buyers deserve honesty and accountability, qualities Bob pretends to have but does not possess. We recently purchased a home where Bob represented the sellers. We identified several issues prior to closing, and Bob repeatedly promised to resolve them. He even felt the need to announce that he’s “a trustworthy guy,” which should have been a warning sign. People with integrity show it; they don’t have to advertise it. Predictably, he followed through on absolutely nothing. One glaring example: the kitchen faucet and sprayer were broken. Bob promised he would replace them. After weeks, a faucet showed up from Amazon, one that didn’t fix the problem at all. When I notified him, he suddenly decided he had already done enough, claimed we “made out pretty well,” and then stopped responding altogether. Unprofessional is an understatement. He also assured us that items the sellers left piled in the basement would be removed. Of course, they’re still sitting there, just like every other promise he made. If you want to work with someone who delivers on commitments, communicates honestly, and behaves ethically, choose literally anyone else. Bob is the opposite of trustworthy, and his word carries no value. I would give zero stars if that were an option. He hasn’t earned even one.

Danielle and her entire team were exceptional from start to finish. They did not need to be reminded of anything, and went above and beyond, from staging the home, to photography, to working with our relocation company for a very smooth home sale She negotiated on our behalf to get exactly what we wanted and more. Her team was responsive, professional and exhibited an outstanding attention to detail. Regardless of the market we are in, she knew that the little things would make a difference, and can either make you money, or cost you money. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a smooth experience. She never overpromised or mismanaged expectations either. Everything was transparent from start to finish. Either go with Danielle and get the best results that the market will bear, or take your chances on someone else.
