Don’t really know where to start. I met Trey when he was rehabbing an historic property in the Quapaw Quarter. He assisted us with some fall decorations on our porch and we knew that he got heavily involved in a new residential development out in west Little Rock near my mom’s house. When my sister and I knew that we needed to sell mom’s house we wanted someone who was familiar with the area. We reached out to Trey-even though he was working on selling new construction nearby. Mom’s house, on the other hand, was in an old subdivision, established in the 1960’s with some particular covenants. He didn’t hesitate to take on the listing. And when I say it was a unique property, I don’t think it’s an exaggeration. It was a house that was moved in 1969 with decades of additions. He assessed the comps and suggested the listing price. He moved ahead with some flattering images, kept us updated with activities, provided sound guidance when offers came in and ultimately got us to the finish line. I felt he was honest, frank, and communicative. I am so glad we engaged Trey, would absolutely engage his services again-if we are buying or selling!

Trey has been a joy to work with. I feel like he went above and beyond what he had to do and what he needed to do. He definitely made me and my wife feel very comfortable with our very first house purchase. And not only was this our first house purchase but we decided to build a semi custom home. I know that my wife and I are probably not the most difficult clients he’s had but I know we were not the easiest clients he had. He was always patient and understanding and sympathetic to our needs and or wants. We highly recommend tray to anyone that’s wanting to buy their first home or even second or third home.
