Trenten Hammond and his team were truly answered prayers. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I had no choice but to sell. Just when I thought I had no where to turn, he and his wife went above and beyond for my family. He would not let me give up and the perfect family bought my home. God brings the right people in our life for a purpose. I have no doubt he and his team were sent to me and my family for a fresh start. I will forever be grateful! He is the very best because everything he does he has your best interest at heart! In this day and time that is very hard to find! Thank you Trenten! You are a blessing!!

Trenten and his team were wonderful to work with in selling our home. When you think about selling a home, all you think about is finding people to buy, but there are things like surveys and inspections and legal work that can be a headache. They made every step as seamless as possible. They answered our questions, made suggestions when we needed them, and were always so kind and professional. My husband and I are beyond thankful for Trenten and his team. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Buying your first home can be so overwhelming. There is so much to consider. I met with Trenten and gave him a list of what I was looking for and the location I would like to be in. He gave me ideas and things to think about before we even began to search for my new home. After finding the home that checked all the boxes Trenten and his team went right to work to make it happen. I was so nervous but they were all there to guide, direct and reassure me every step of the way. With buying an older home there were things that needed addressed and Trenten helped me navigate the decisions and details. He put it plainly. He said “if you were my mom buying this home these are the things we need to get resolved!” I felt safe with that. He was looking out for me. I can’t thank him and Jamie enough. Amanda was in the midst helping and keeping me up to date on new information and Josh from the mortgage company worked tirelessly to keep me motivated. Paula really poured her heart into some last minute financial hurdles and with that I am now sitting on the front porch enjoying the comfort of my new home. It may be an older home but new memories will be made that I certainly will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the kindness, support and encouragement. Mostly thank you for being such a huge part of my dream of home ownership come true!
