What I appreciated most was that if she did not immediately know the answer to something, she would take the time to find the correct information, cite her sources, and follow up with me. That gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel protected throughout the process. Whew… we listed our property with Tracie in June of 2025, in a dead market because we transferred out of town. We listed with Tracie because the rust age was out of touch with the market and hadn’t sold a house in years, didn’t understand the tone of the market and hadn’t a clue how to promote in today’s market. Then comes Tracie. This fireball walked through our door and took the bull by the horns. She constantly had her pulse on this uncharted, ever shifting, fickle market. Our price point was higher than the homes that were moving but Tracie stayed on it for the long haul. Very friendly. Very helpful. We moved into a new development (still being built!) and after talking to neighbors, we have discovered Dustin really had our back the entire time! We already liked him but our experience was a lot smoother than some of our neighbors’….so we like him even more now! We also worked with Dustin to sell our previous home. I’m sure we were a little difficult but Dustin talked me off the ledge several times. 6 out of 5 stars!
