Traci is knowledgeable, calm, and steady — exactly what you want during what can be a stressful experience. She took the time to answer every question, eased my concerns, and helped me navigate each step with confidence. I watched her skill, charm, wit, and professionalism in action, and it made all the difference. She also worked around my crazy schedule, meeting me early mornings and late evenings without hesitation. I don't feel like Traci did a good job. This was our first home and we were new parents so we were inexperienced and tired. Instead of being supported we felt pressured by her through the buying process. - She insisted that the asking price was a reasonable market rate, but we (not her) negotiated a ~5% lower price. - The home inspector she recommended did a poor job, missing several significant issues. - The seller upped the price 5k at the last minute and she didn't do anything about it, and insisted it was fine. - She won't take pictures of the inside of our home off her personal website, even after repeated emails. - She insisted the renovator would fix issues we had with the house. We instead had tons of issues with them. Obviously not all these things are entirely her fault but I don't feel like she was looking out for us as our agent.

Words cannot express how great of a job Traci Johnson performed with the sale of my home that was difficult to move in Washington DC. From her meticulous eye with helping me stage, her communication is impeccable. She is also very professional in both beautiful inside and out I strongly recommend her And will definitely use her again.

I was disappointed in my dealings with Traci, she was hard to communicate with and seemed to be a little arrogant. If you are looking for a simple / cheaper transaction she is probably fine but I would not trust her to do anything complex / higher end with the lack of communication.
