Zack was extremely unprofessional when we called to view a property. We are currently displaced by a fire and he was not compassionate at all when we tried to setup a viewing. He brought my wife to tears with his lack of professionalism and not being caring at all. I highly encourage others to stay away from his business if he behaves this way to his clients.

Unprofessional. I sent an inquiry on a home and was called quickly by Zach. He didn't give me much info but collected enough to set an apt. Everything spiraled down from there. For our apt thats was 2 days later, I arrived and had to wait for him, and he showed up unprepared and did not greet us or make a professional introduction, not even a hand shake... It took him about 30 min to gather the necessary information. His pitch was to down talk the home I was intrested in and tell me how difficult it would be to proceed. Then after 2 min presented us a contract. He wanted me to be bound to buy from him or pay him $950 if I didnt use his company. I thanked him for wasting my time. And will not ever return. ***Friends. Read everything before signing!
