Melissa and Julio have been great property managers. During a really challenging tenant situation, they’ve not only provided knowledgeable guidance on the legal side, but they’ve also offered a lot of emotional support, which has meant a lot. They’re patient, take the time to explain landlord vs. tenant rights in a way that’s easy to understand, and make sure you feel comfortable with what’s happening. I also really appreciate that they try to handle as much as possible on their end and only bring you in when it’s truly necessary.
