We happily give Tonia 5 stars and can’t recommend her enough. Our situation was pretty unique since we were purchasing our new home from overseas. Which isn’t easy, but Tonia made it feel surprisingly smooth. She went out of her way to film not just the homes, but neighborhoods, giving us a real sense of what it would be like to live there, giving an honest opinions regarding the noise level and sense of community. That extra effort meant so much to us. She’s someone you can trust. When we ran into unexpected loan challenges, Tonia and her team stepped in right away and helped us find solutions. It never felt like we were on our own, we had a whole team behind us. Even after we got the house we loved, she continued to help us as we prepared for a big cross-Atlantic move with small kids. That kind of care is rare. If you’re moving, especially with a family, you want someone like Tonia on your side.

Tonia was fantastic to work with! Her advice was spot on; this became apparent after the first showing, lots of interest with every showing. After selling our home in 3-days, I now look at all the homes on the market and think -- these guys should be using Tonia! Prep is everything. Glad she had the courage to talk straight with us before we listed. Highly recommended.

Tonia is an exceptional realtor. When she helped us sell our home she went above and beyond to make sure our home was well placed in the market. She has a sixth sense for market analysis, home preparation, and working with buyers. She is so kind but also straight forward with honest information about your home and the market you find yourself in. She was amazing at putting up with our indecisive nervous natures as we made huge decisions about our largest investment at that point in our lives. Tonia is an INCREDIBLE agent. As a first time home buyer I felt very ill equipped to handle the process. Tonia was kind and very informative. She was always available and went above and beyond in sharing her expertise in many areas (e.g., home pros and cons and the potential cost of renovations needed). Within 2 weeks of contacting her, we were under contract for the home we now own. I think that’s unheard of for first time buyers in this market—but the seller said they gave us the house (out of a lot of other offers) because they enjoyed working with her. I 11/10 recommend Tonia! You will be more than happy with her competent and complete service!
