Working with Tobie was incredible - She went above and beyond in every way to make sure I could sell my house and purchase my forever home! She was always available and responsive for my endless questions throughout the selling and purchasing process and even as I have moved in and settled into my new home. Tobie has provided helpful guidance, recommendations, and referrals when needed - Something I greatly appreciated as a person who was navigating this process alone, aside from her support. She paid really great attention to what I wanted and liked in a home, and tailored our tours to the houses that she knew were aligned to what I was looking for. There were even times that I was willing to look past certain features in a home, and she had my best interests always in mind, steering me away from acquiescing on important things. Tobie paid detailed attention to me throughout the entire home selling and purchasing process, and working with her was a far different (and better!) experience than I'd had in the past. I would eagerly recommend her to anyone!

I am so happy to write this review. My husband and I are elderly and we just purchased what we think will be be our last home acquisition. Tobie was representing the seller, and normally we would find an agent to represent our side. But because of the stellar reviews as well as our initial impressions we decided to stay with her as our agent. We think she is the most excellent real estate agent of our lifetime, (and we have quite a lot of property in both personal and rental properties.) She made everything so clear and easy. We had another property in California that was closing escrow to fund our purchase here, and she even helped with that by staying in touch with that agent. We all ended up just loving Tobie. So bright and solutions oriented. Just wonderful.

Absolutely amazing experience working with Tobie! We were first-time homebuyers AND buying out of state, so overwhelmed is an understatment. But Tobie honestly proved time and time again that she will go above and beyond for her clients and the process was a breeze! Her local knowledge and insight was very helpful and she took time to show us around different areas before we made our purchase. Now that the house is officially ours, she is still checking in with us and answering all our questions! Once again, the best!!

Words can hardly express how wonderful our experience was having Tobie as our realtor! From the beginning of our journey/dream to sell our CA home, and relocate/retire to Idaho was a bumpy road regards to the sale of our CA home, which required us to make various trips to ID to search for a home!! Tobie always made herself available for us, and was very diligent each trip to assist us in finding our "dream" home.
