I come mostly in praise of my realtor Joyce Augustson, since she is the face of the company for me. She was a great advocate to have during house hunting in this turbulent housing market. Insightful, dedicated, patient, compassionate… I won’t list all the adjectives but she was outstanding and made the process bearable, a process that included rushing in to view more several properties the minute they came to market with copious follow-up discussion about all of them. Not once was she late, try to put something off or was anything but patient and helpful. I would have easily gotten discouraged if not not for her. She does her company credit! Thanks so much Joyce! I met Joyce at an open house when she was filling in for a co worker. It only took 3 mos working with her before I bought my first rental property.
