This is by far the worst realty group I have ever worked with! We worked with Venka and it was a nightmare. We saw the house twice, put in the application which he didn't even look at for almost a week. We told him this was time sensitive multiple times as we were trying to plan our move. My credit score is almost perfect and my roommate had a cosigner. Both myself and my roommate both tried to call him and text him. He was almost impossible to get in touch with (we found out he went to India for 2 weeks after the fact which he didn't even bother telling us). When he did respond, they were 3 word responses and then we never heard back from him again. We then called the realty office and talked to someone named Borris who was super rude and told us to look elsewhere since Venka was the only one who could rent the property. Everything was was handled with zero care and the entire experience was super unprofessional. Clients should not have to go through what we did. This agency has bad reviews for a good reason. I would encourage anyone to go with a different agency!

Home seller here. Our buyer went through Tesla Realty. Agent acted as both the realtor and the “lender”. He lied, sent fraudulent documents, and tried to decieve our realtors for over 2 months when he knew the buyer wasn’t qualified. It almost blew up our entire home buying and selling process. Terrible communication and straight up liars.

I have been a successful and award-winning Realtor for over 30 years. Considering the costs involved to maintain my sales license and other fees I decided to investigate Tesla Realty Group in Media. Their fees were extremely impressive and they offered many support features that other brokerage companies charge for. From the first contact I found them to be extremely responsive and helpful. All of my questions were answered in a very timely fashion and in great detail. I had a few complicated requests in conjunction with some other real estate activity outside of sales and they did everything to assist me with the needed paperwork, documents, etc,. in record time. I hope that my experiences will encourage other agents to come onboard. It is truly an opportunity to put your business FIRST!

They called someone who does not live in my home nor have attachments to my home and shared my personal business. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. That was very disgraceful and i wouldn’t refer my dog there to get a dog house. Also when i confronted the sales rep she tried to justify her action by saying that other party was the first number that came up for the property which is not true because this person had no attachment to the property i really wish i could sue

Tesla Realty Group is a great real estate company. They handled our home sale in Pennsylvania, and our purchase in New Jersey. Both went very smoothly. Nancy Asensio was our agent and is a gem; she was very professional and gave great advice on both the sale and purchase. It was a very competitive market and Nancy helped guide us through the offer process. I would not hesitate to use Tesla Realty Group in the future! Highly recommended!
