Teresa Elliott is a wonderful real estate agent. She successfully sold our lake home using the most creative techniques. Unlike other agents we've had prior to Teresa, she didn't rest on her laurels waiting for inquiry calls. Instead, Teresa hosted innovative, "themed" open houses and made calls to her contacts that she knew would be interested in lake living! And she was successful! Teresa is so well-connected! She found the perfect home for us, one that was not yet on the market, and negotiated a somewhat complicated sale. She also handled the sale of our previous residence quickly and professionally, closing much sooner than we had expected. Then, she found another perfect home for my stepdaughter and her husband during the crazy, competitive housing market in 2021, again using her superlative negotiating skills to secure a home that had generated a lot of interest from other buyers. I would absolutely want Teresa and her excellent team to assist us with any real estate sale or purchase we might have in the future, although we’re so happy with our beautiful home I don’t anticipate moving for a very long time.

Teresa is the absolute best in the real estate business! She found me a great house and helped with the negotiation when I purchased and sold. The service was great before, during, and after the sale. Not just your average realtor! Her concern is the long-term relationship, not the commission. I've purchased many houses in several States.
