I called Susan because I was in the middle of an estate battle with family members. There was farm land out in Grant County, and the appraisal that was brought up, didn't seem right. After talking with Susan, she did some great legwork and got all the information and more than I was asking. Professional, nice, and all of the above! If I ever want property out in her area.
