I just completed the purchase of a home in Helena, MT and want to give a shout-out to my Broker/Agent Steve Youde from One Home/Keller Williams. Throughout my search, Steve was regularly showing me new homes which just came on the market and was very thorough in helping me to assess the condition of a home and identify possible issues. Once I decided to put in an offer on a house, Steve drafted my offer in a way that convinced the seller to accept my offer although there were other full price offers. Steve also has good relationships with other real-estate brokers and agents in the Helena market, which really helped me in my purchase. And lastly, Steve is a person filled with honesty, integrity and tact. Just the kind of broker/agent that I was looking for!

Steve did a great job helping us navigate the sale of our house. When we first contacted him about listing our home he came over to look at the layout and condition of the house. He made recommendations on things we could do to make the home more appealing to potential buyers. His recommendations were spot on and we completed most of the suggestions. This took a couple of months to complete as the Christmas holiday season was upon us. In mid January we met again and were thinking about listing in April as we had plans to winter in Arizona. Steve recommended we list before leaving so the house could be shown while we were gone avoiding the inconvenience of vacating the house every time it was shown.
