Stephen Simmons got our house sold quickly and for full price. Stephen was friendly, professional and patient in his guiding us through the process of selling our house. Stephen kept us updated and explained each step. We signed almost all of the documents online so we didn't have to travel to offices. We had to do some repairs- Stephen scheduled everything using the contractors of our choice. Through the whole process, Stephen was excellent and certainly earned the 5 star rating we gave him.
