During one of the worst times to sell a home, my family and I needed to downsize. I walked into a realty company and was lucky enough to run into Stacy LaCour, who made this the most seamless process I could have ever hoped for. Not only was he a wonderful realtor, but he was personable, friendly, knew every member of my family by name, and cared about and included everyone’s opinions--no easy feat considering how hard our family is to satisfy! As soon as we hired him, he put the house on the market and started showing us beautiful new homes with remarkable efficiency. Everything was going smoothly right before the big move, and then I had a jogging accident and broke my leg, leaving me completely debilitated and feeling helpless due to all the stress. Stacy jumped into action right away and was present, supportive, and helpful through every step of the way and I truly could not have managed this undertaking without him. When we failed to meet our dumpster rental deadline and still had plenty more junk to get rid of before moving day, Stacy promptly, through his resources, got us another dumpster by end of day. When we had big plans for renovations to our new home, Stacy introduced us to his contractor Kelly, who turned around the entire look of the new house for us. Kelly can truly fix it all, and they make a phenomenal team. I could not be more thankful to have met Stacy, and highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right. At this point, he has truly become a friend of the family and we are reminded of and feel grateful for all that he did every time we look around at our beautiful new home.
