We have sold and bought several homes over the past 10 years using Staci Medlock’s as our Realtor. She stays on top of every little detail. For example she handles any issue immediately and keeps you informed. You never have to wonder about anything. She is very energetic, hardworking and positive no matter what. Staci took care of me from afar during my long distance home buying process. I truly believe she had my best interests at heart at every step in the process. She’s gracious, hardworking, and very good at what she does.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staci sold us our home, but was the definition of a homezilla. Before closing Staci missed multiple contract deadlines. This should have been our red flag to walk, but we chalked it up to covid delays. Upon closing Staci requested the seller to leave the lockbox inside the home, but pretended the box was still outside the residence. In addition to this fact she LIED by saying the additional keys and garage openers were left on the counter when she knew the previous owner had them in their possession and removed the lockbox from the porch. We had to call a locksmith to get access to the house we bought as both Staci and the seller refused to hand over the keys well after the agreed upon closing time. If she is listed as the agent run FAR FAR away. I will be reporting this bridge troll to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission as soon as we’re done moving into the home as she cost me thousands in moving expenses dealing with her lies and manipulation tactics.
