What can I say about Kathy Smail? After venturing in to the homebuying process not sure if we wanted to buy, rent-to-own, or just keep renting, Kathy patiently navigated the options and helped us to identify the best solution for our family. After patiently showing us many homes in three different counties and answering all our questions in minutes (I miss our regular 3pm phone calls), her recommendations became more tailored to our needs and we always felt like we were her top concern.
