They were so organized with the listings, taking us around to show houses, never appeared to be overbearing, and even helped us to save money on getting into the house that we wanted. When it came time to closing, Terry was right there all the way to make sure everything went smooth for us. Terry & Mary assisted us along the way to make a complicated process nice & smooth for us. I worked with her for many months. I would ask her about a certain property and she said she would get back to me then would disappear. I would ask her to do a video chat of a showing that I was interested in. Same thing. It happened a few times I was still trying to give her a chance cause she was a small local business. It’s an Important to me to help the local businesses. I was then transferred to her team member north of her. Young guy that was not knowledgeable in Reality. Very Pushy and like to put the “You” statements back into the conversation. He was unprofessional to say the least. I was looking for a smaller house. They were only concerned in going after the people that wanted to buy the bigger houses. More profit for them.
