Working with Azim was great. I needed to sell a condo fast, and needed to do it being out of town. I had a single visit with Azim to show him the place and give him the keys. He guided me through the final few things I needed to get done. He put it on the market and got a full cash offer the first day! The buyer asked that the drier (which didn't work) be removed before the sale. He had a guy come remove it for me, free of cost and without me even asking for him to do it. I could not have asked for a better experience.
