Jessica and Alex are the best! From the first time we sat down to talk about selling our home, they had done their homework and came prepared to share the market and where our home fit into the process of selling. We discussed our goals and reasons for wanting to sell, and they listened and understood where we were coming from. We felt no pressure to make a decision that day. They gave us information to think about and take our time making the decision! We called them about 2 weeks later saying we were ready and things started happening! They hired a wonderful photographer that captured the best parts of our home!! They gave us tips on how to style and make things look their best!! We sat down and discussed a price, with them sharing their expertise on this crazy market and where we should price our home!! Open house was so successful and by the end of that weekend we had 7 offers on our home, 4 of which we decided to consider! Again, they got to work helping us decide how to counter each one to its specific offer! In the end, we sold our home 45k over asking price!!! The process went smoothly as they walk us through each step of the way from home inspection, other inspections the new buyers were doing plus the home appraisal! During this time, we were now searching for our forever home! They met us time after time as we walked through homes we thought might work! Then we found the one we felt would be the best for us!!
